The three-layer hand-nested vanadium steel pocket spring system comprises 3,366 independently responding springs in a King size, enabling precise contouring without transferring motion. Six rows of hand side-stitching along the border secure the edge-to-edge support, while hand-tufting with woollen tufts and twine maintains even filling distribution over the life of the mattress, preventing migration and preserving the intended feel and performance over time.
